They came right out when I (thought) I had an emergency. Turns out water wasn’t coming up from foundation. Very professional and honest. They were recommended by a friend and They Will Be The First company I Call when I need a plumber.

Service with Aloha Plumbing was great I will definitely continue to use them with any future needs. Technician was knowledgeable and very professional. Setting up an appointment was easy and they were out here in my home between the promised time.

Aloha Plumbing was amazing helping me with a horrible leak situation at my condo.
They came out quickly and found the problem.
Russell and Macy are wonderful to work with, taking the time to explain and help fix our mini disaster.

I called Aloha Plumbing for a service call. My shower on the second floor was leaking and started leaking down to the first floor hallway. After calling different Plumbing companies everyone busy till Thursday or Friday no way could I wait that long. This was on a Monday morning. This was my first time using Aloha. The CSR Macy , was helpful, great customer service, cheerful and professional. Macy was able to get me scheduled right away. She sent out Russell who is a gem. Polite and a great representative of his company. He is knowledgeable in his work, personable and explains exactly what the work is needed. He emailed the estimate for me to approve and sign. Let me know approximately how much time involved for the repair. Gave me a choice of making a hole in the shower or going thru the back side for a minor drywall repair. He did a fantastic job replaced the shower fixtures and cleaned up, you would never know he was there. Highly recommend Aloha!! Thank you Russell and Macy you are the best.

Aloha Plumbing is NO KA OI!! Called them to unclogged floor drains for my restaurant. Technician arrived within 30 minutes and cleared the drains. Thank you. Allowed me to to reopen. Good to see a KAMAAINA serving small business in the Beaumont area. Highly recommended and they are reasonable with no hidden charges.

We had several gentlemen from this company work on our property with a full fix on some very root infested plumbing. They were all awesome, polite and got the job done fast. Russle was the one we saw the most of but Bryant and Eric were very helpful too. Thank you for the hard work and the peace of mind the new pipes will give us.

Well called for the fall maintenance check up and I guess the motherboard went out on the heating system. The technician was very kind and professional. Explained everything thoroughly, quite knowledgeable, was kind and understanding. Apparently there was a mix up with our membership as well but he honored our membership. Customer service is very important I recommend Aloha always...so happy their customer service is still the same. Last week I had the pleasure of doing first time business with Aloha Plumbing, Heating and Air for a rental property I help manage. I wrote a review and said I would not hesitate to contact them again...I didn't think it would happen so soon.

Last night, in my own home, we had a flood in our kitchen.

I called Aloha Plumbing, Heating and Air first thing this morning and spoke with Courtney. I didn't mention her in my last review because I didn't have her name so I am happy to have it now. and without hesitation she said no problem we can have someone out there today.

The appointment was set up. Eric Sanger arrived on time and got right to work assessing the problem. He left to get the supplies he needed. When he came back he explained, in detail, what he would be doing and why. I really appreciated his expertise and, most of all, his honesty.

We spoke about the company and how the owners really care. I believe when a company treats its employee fairly it, in turn, treat its customers fairly as well. Everyone is a winner!

The customer service I have received from Courtney, Macy and Shea has been so refreshing and the technical service I have had from both Eric on this visit and Russell on the visit last week, has certified Aloha Plumbing, Heating and Air has created a returning customer.
