Nikki was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and she took the time to answer all of my questions and was always friendly and professional.

When the technician arrived for my appointment, I was equally impressed by the quality of the service I received. He was very knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain everything that needed to be done and why. He did an excellent job of servicing my AC unit. Would definitely recommend this company.

We had a toy ball accidentally go down the shower drain causing it to clog . Travis came out and was able to remove it for us. He came right on time and got the job done quick and efficiently. We have also used this company for our air conditioner and heater and service has always been great .

I’ve been using Ascent Mechanical for the last four years and have been nothing but impressed. My technicians have always been very patient and knowledgeable. I have used them for both hvac maintenance/repair and plumbing repairs and upgrades as well. Their office manager Nikki is always a pleasure to work with and I am always confident that she will get my needs taken care off. 5 stars for Ascent!

Customer service rep who took my call was awesome (Terribly sorry I don't remember her name). Called to set up an appointment for a suspected leak. I was given a next day appointment. They reached out shortly after to offer a same day appointment. Travis showed up shortly after that and got to work. Had the leak traced back to a leaky toilet valve within 10 minutes.

Overall very happy with the service provided. I'll be planning on giving them a ring for any future plumbing needs.

Technician showed up on time and kept us informed of the progress of the repair. He diagnosed and repaired the problem with our HVAC blower circuit board. The price was OK I guess it seemed kinda pricey but I didn't have anything to compare it to. We would definitely use Ascent again
