Fast and efficient, good work very respectful, prices went up but other then that no problems

I am very happy with my experience with Rudy's AC. They are very well-priced, lower than most in town. They are polite and professional. I got a text message announcing that they were on their way, and I got a message confirming my appointment. After I ordered the replacement motor for the AC, the secretary called me back and asked if I were a senior citizen. When I said that I was, I got a 5% discount. Very, very pleased.

Amazingly efficient and quick working. Crew arrived on time and started working immediately. Shortly after the crane arrived to pickup the old unit and install the new one. The crew was in and out within four hours!! Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

The work was finished quickly and for a reasonable price, and my ac worked great when they were done. Also, I like that they send appointment confirmations and technician ETAs through text, which is very useful. Overall highly recommended.

When an AC unit goes out in Bakersfield in the middle of summer, it is beyond an emergency. And when that unit needs to be fully replaced, time is definitely of the essence as every minute spent melting in house that is hotter than the face of the sun is actual misery.

Here are some things I loved about Rudy's:

1: I could communicate with him via Yelp! Rudy answered super quickly and was great to work with.
2: Yelp verified his license, so I didn't need to track that down!
3: We got several bids to replace the unit and Rudy's was cheaper than everybody else's. . . for a much higher quality unit than the others were proposing.
4: Rudy knew how terrible it is to not have AC at this time of year, so he got the job down extremely fast (literally the next day, once we agreed to his bid!).

I can't say enough good things about Rudy's AC. Highly, HIGHLY suggest.

These guys are absoulutly amazing! I called on a Sunday because our AC stopped working. I left a message with the answering service, and within 10 minutes Rudy himself actually called me back. I did expect to hear from them until the following day. The ac was up and running within 24 hours of going out! Love them!

I have had Rudy's Air install 5 AC/Heating units on my property's in the past several years.
Great prices, installations, services with quick response time.
Rudy himself is very professional and has excellent customer service skills.
I plan on having him do 2 more unit installation in 2021.
