Irma on dispatch was very helpful...Marcos was right on time and we scoped out the situation and he tried a couple things trying to keep it simple and cost down...but he had to pull the toilet....he reamed out the sewer line out several times till it was unclogged....he showed me how bad my black iron pipes are and we are going to have to take action ...but 4 now we are up and running..bathroom shower and toiled are good...4 now....and with 8 people on the home that's very important...thank u Marcos u really went out of your way to solve our drain issue today...thank u can do...

Im a real estate agent, I called and asked if
They could come out to take a look at my pressure tank because it was leaking. It wasn’t an immediate emergency but I figured they could come out when they have some time. They said they had someone that they could send between 10AM-12PM same
Day which is fine- I don’t mind waiting all those hours if someone will actually show up.

….but nobody showed up! They didn’t even call or text to explain that they couldn’t make it or to say they needed to reschedule. I was hoping to add them to my Vendor’s list but after my own experience with them- I would never stress out any of my clients with a contractor who doesn’t show up. The difference between how I run my business and how these contractors run their business is that I actually show up when I say I’m going to. I find that it’s not that hard to do what you say you’re going to do if you operate your
Business with integrity and honesty + respect your clients time.

Very professional and up front about everything they were doing and very clear on what needed to be fixed. So far no issues. Will definitely use them again in the future if I ever need repairs again.
