From the owner, Doug, to the gentlemen who repaired our AC (Daniel and Jorge), to the office staff: this is the best AC repair experience we've ever had. All were professional, kind, communicative, and more than fair. Money is super tight for us right now and in all of CA actually, and this company went out its way to help us with a reasonable AC repair just in time for the 108 degree heat -- and after us trying to tough it out without air for a full week before. They came the next day after I called and actually responded to my inquiry the evening before within minutes. They fixed everything within an hour. Everything was upfront and I felt like they were real people -- no high pressure selling or gouging. They even gave us a military discount for my husband's service. On time installed an upgraded ac unit for me. They were professional and friendly throughout the process. Kept me informed throughout the process. I will say that the level of trust that was developed went a long way for me and that is why I will choose on time for my ac and plumbing needs in the future.
