AC unit has been down, came out here to inspect and couldn't find issue. Two techs mind you. Replaced parts at random, that wasn't the problem. When they ran out of solutions blamed it on a board in electrical panel. Said they would get a quote and order part, haven't heard from them since, so inshort didn't know what they where doing. But they where happy to take $100 for fixing nothing.

It is near impossible to find someone who is knowledgeable and trustworthy…. Until now! Jason took care of us in every way. He was professional, honest, knowledgeable, quick, and it was clear he enjoyed what he did and wanted to help in the most genuine way. Our sink flooded Christmas Eve and he was able to diagnose the issue within a few minutes and fix it immediately with the MOST reasonable price. In addition, we had concerns about our water heater and he was able to help us out with that and came to install it himself later that week. I would recommend my grandma, boss, and best friend to this company! Thank you so much for taking care of us in the best way! Honesty and integrity goes a long way!

Arrived as scheduled, service completed as requested and estimated. Rinnai tankless heater flush and descale.
Progress was shared with me, mild selling but not pushy or overbearing. All work and consideration of possible future work was explained simply and understandably.

I was first informed by the plumbing technician, Anthony, and the A/C-Heating and cooling technician that they were on their way. They arrived early within the ETA given. Anthony fixed a hose bib outside first, then recognized the problem immediately with the master bathtub's sluggish faucet. He showed me the broken parts and explained what needs to be ordered to complete the job. Anthony left with me feeling confident that the job will be completed above satisfactory. In the meantime, Jorge is on the roof vacuuming and cleaning the two coolers (similar to Master Cools). He needed to leave to pick up a replacement part for one cooler and returned soon after with the needed part. Both coolers are running well and we're ready for the Bakersfield heat. These technicians are knowledgeable and good people.

Jason is a polite and efficient plumber. Jason has done several jobs for me and he has been very helpful. He has always completed the jobs quickly and he explains what he finds and what he will be doing. I would recommend Jason to anyone.

Overall great experience! Took their time explaining the problem, my options, getting the right unit, and installing it. Marcos and jason, both were very friendly and professional, can definitely tell they enjoy what they do and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be calling them again for other services.

Jesse and Jose were great! We just purchased this home, and weren’t quite sure about the condition of our system so I appreciated the information about my vents and the things they came across while cleaning our ducts and doing the maintenance on our unit. I feel more comfortable with the air quality in our home now that they’ve cleaned it! Thanks guys!
