Aire Serv of Pasadena

We had issues with our thermostat and Vic was able to come out the following day and quickly find the issue and fixed the problem. He was professional and maintained safe protocols for covid-19. We would definitely use and recommend him in the future!

Thought appt time not fast took 3 days to get a time, the personnel that came was very professional. Took the necessary step to figure out issue one by one and fixed my AC. Had another company that came on same day, but couldn't fix, then came again next day, said AC computer board dead. Luckily waited for Aire Serv to properly, professionally, take the time to figure out problem. No computer board issue just need delicate reset on the samsung AC system.

I contacted Aire Serv after being told by my previous HVAC servicer that my HVAC system was not repairable and needed replacement. I was quite surprised and frustrated because the HVAC was about 8 years old. I decided to get a second opinion and I am so glad I did. Not only did Frank and Adriana fix my HVAC system, they explained the problem I was experiencing in great detail and explained all the parts of HVAC system that they checked to ensure the correct problem was identified. I was saved thousands of dollars by Aire Serv because I didn't have to replace my Heater or upgrade my electrical panel. I now have a new AC maintenance company and would highly recommend Aire Serv. They were on time, professional and practice COV19 safety protocol.

I have used Aire Serv a handful of times now and have been so impressed with their professionalism. They are prompt, courteous, and most importantly really take the time to explain the services they are recommending. They will take pictures, and let you follow them up on the roof (if you like) so they can show you exactly what they are talking about. I really trust they are not trying to oversell me on anything, just providing information, and the decision is up to me.

Vic, Lausen and Dorin are great, and the office staff, Maria, Desiree and Xochitl are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them!

I would never again go anywhere else. Our entire AC and Heating system has been a nightmare to deal with since we bought our house. Nothing was done right. We've had multiple companies, independent as well as through our home warranty service, come out to try and fix our system. They were all a waste of money and I'd even say that some had no clue what they were dealing with.

Vic on the other hand, is extremely knowledgeable in his field of work and customer service is his top priority. He did a thorough assessment and gave his recommendations on what we should do. Mind you, I say recommendation and not try to shove a sale down our throat.

So how bad was our system before Vic @ Aire Serv? We had to relocate our furnace, redo almost all of our ducting with the proper size duct, replace the thermostat (mostly because I wanted a Nest lol) cleanup and more. The difference? For the first time in over a year (since we've lived here), our AC is actually cooling down the house without having to run for hours and hours.

I could go on and on, but will end by saying we are extremely satisfied and most important of all for any customer, at the end we felt like we received outstanding service at a very very fair price. Do yourself a favor if you're even in need of this service and just talk to Vic over the phone.

So appreciate the experience i had with Aire Serve Pasadena. Professional, always courteous, very clean, so easy to talk to, and so skilled at what they do. And that's everyone I interacted with from Sochi the receptionist, to Dorin, Lachon, and Alex who came to fix my wall furnace and install a proper exhaust to the outside. They gave me great price options for different solutions. I was very impressed by how pleasant the experience was, how quickly and well they did the work, and at such a good price. Afterwards they even sent me pictures of the work they did in the attic and roof. They earned my trust. I would call them again and I highly recommend them.

Our family has used Airserv Pasadena for many years. They were there for us in our unit in South Pasadena at the Ostrich Farm Lofts, they were there for us in Tujunga at my cousins house and they have been there for our office building. Each time they have been honest and straight forward. We appreciate their attention to detail and quick troubleshooting skills. They are very skilled and creative and I think it's from the generational ownership with over 40 years of experience passed down to the current owner. We are very happy with their service and pleased to give this positive review in an industry filled with so much incompetence.

I was always able to get hold of Aire Serv immediately during business hours - that is not the case with all HVAC companies. They were able to get a tech out to me very quickly. He only did work that was necessary to correct my problem, it was done flawlessly and he cleaned up thoroughly. The price was fair. I definitely would use them again.

Vic was courteous, punctual and polite. He did a thorough diagnostic, explained everything, and fixed the problem efficiently. No strings, whistles or extra stuff I didn’t need. I knew right away this was a good company when he put shoe covers on. That showed respect for my home. I will be calling on them in the future, if I need any kind of heating or AC service. And I hope they send Vic. Good man!
