Adrian came to our house to repair our heater. We spoke on the phone & within 15 minutes he was there. He was so professional & thorough. It seemed like he really cared about his job, which is rare these days. My husband said when he left: "That was a quality dude." lol. It's just refreshing to get the help you need from someone who cares!

I was introduced to Air-Tro when I was hired as the Facilities Manager at a local school. They were the clients vendor and maintained the schools many A/C systems. They were vere very professional. I used them professionally after that in my Consulting business as they were a high quality HVAC service company.

The installers arrived on time each day and quietly did their job. But they did Not take sufficient amount of time to make sure we knew how to operate the computer/digital thermostat. Heater stopped working and we had to call next day for a trouble shooter to come out. It was discovered that there had been a mistake in too much gas being entered causing the system to shut off also the thermostat was set up to do a lot of complicated things but we were told just hit off or on button. Also installers did not point out a large gap in stucco when cutting for vent. We had to call and ask for that to be repaired. Which was, and was done promptly. The company was always polite and promptly addressed our issues, but they could have been avoided.

Giving wrong recommendations.
Business unwilling to replace the broken part. Consistently inclined on fixing the part instead of replacing the part.
No receipts or slips provided after the fix. Personnel never showed up during the first appointment. Had to call customer service again to check why no one showed up and had to reschedule it again. There was still leak after the fix so obviously they did not know how to fix it. Risky and shady business practices. Does not honor the safety codes. Do not recommend.

Honesty is everything when using a service company. They were very responsive when I initially called and they came out. However, the tech that they sent was sitting in his vehicle for 1 hour before making his way into our office (he arrived at 8) he came into our office at 9 and left by 11. When I received the work order, the tech stated he was here for 3 hours (obviously not true) when I called the office to advise them no one ever reached out to me to discuss. When I finally received the invoice, they billed us for 2.5 hours plus labor.
I could never use this company again and I honestly cant recommend someone I feel is dishonest.

Prompt service. Very knowledgeable technicians who provided good information about what was wrong with our A/C and the available options. All services were priced as expected for the industry.

we did not have heat at my mom's house for two weeks, it took Air-Tro to get the parts to fix the heater but once they had the part them came right over and Jose the technician fixed is right away and he did a great job explaining all the was doing to the heater to my mom in Spanish, which my mom loved. Air-Tro did a great job
