Our tenant at our rental property could not get the heat to come on, the tech found it to be a simple issue with knowing how to use the thermostat, showed the tenant what to do. The tech was super nice, and came on a Sunday.

We have used AireServ of Pasadena several times now and have found them to be honest, professional, courteous and responsive. Their work has been consistently excellent, and the technicians take great care to make sure you are aware of what is being proposed (and what it costs) before they perform any repairs. Communication is also a plus. You get notices to confirm appointments made, reminders before the date, and a call when the technician is on the way. Their pricing is fair and reasonable, and there are no "got ya" moments, as everything is explained clearly and carefully and you must agree to anything before work is done. Highly recommended.

Accurately and professionally assessed my in-wall gas heater.
I'm a landlord and have many of these units in use. I recently had a new tenant move in while i was out of town and, out of apparent anxiety, she called the gas company, who true to form found nothing but still shut her gas off!
These furnaces are very simple and typically trouble free. But a previously scheduled company from Grenada Hills came out and reported EVERY single component as needing replacement, or "for a few dollars more" I could just replace the entire unit for about $3500. Needless to say, I know when I'm being screwed and hard and sent these thieves packing.
What a pleasant experience it was when AireServ sent Frank, who checked the entire heater system from floor to roof with the tenant there to witness and comfirmed the system to be 100% in perfect running condition. All for the reasonable service charge of $79.

Reliable, Trustworthy, Reasonable Priced
Aire Serve of Pasadena has been our go-to Heating/Air company for over a year and I have NO plans on changing! I started using them about a year ago and signed up for the maintenance program. I'm thrilled I did because they came to do another maintenance last week and since I was part of the maintenance program I had a very reasonable price to also increase my air flow. The built a bigger vent air take and made a new "grill" for it as well. Very good workmanship all around. Vic and his team at Aire Serv are amazing and I highly recommend them!!
