Sun Air came out and did a great job installing a mini-split system on our house, replacing an ancient central gas furnace. In all aspects, Peter and Adrian were consummate professionals, delivering a high quality result on schedule without any issues. It was great to work with them and I will definitely look to work with them again in future.

Peter and Adrian were wonderful to work with. They installed mini-splits in our house. Peter's estimate was in the mid-range of all the estimates I got, but his responsiveness, stellar reviews, quick availability, and responsiveness got him the job. I have zero regrets as they were efficient, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We absolutely love having quiet, efficient heat (just in time for the cold weather!). Peter and Adrian also loved our dog, so that made having them work with her around super easy!

Sun Air just finished installing a furnace and AC unit at our home in San Jose today. I saw their truck at a house on our daily walk one Saturday in Aptos where we’ve been living and called. Peter has three contractor licenses so you’re getting a “full service” contractor who knows all aspects of building not just HVAC. Peter looked at the job, gave me a bid in a timely fashion and when I accepted his bid he set a start date and was there as promised. He and Adrian, his helper, stored stock in the empty house on padded furniture pads. When I said that wasn’t necessary because we were having the floors sanded he said that’s not the way he works. Peter works to a high standard with quality equipment. I was very pleased with the end product, his last comment was that once we move in to give him a call if we wanted any adjustments made. Also, we were interested in Solar panels and a point of use water heater but Peter said to wait a year to see usage to get a history to know what we need, unlike others who have tried to sell us panels without that info, he said our hot water heater still had life and to wait. You feel with Peter that he has your interests at heart not just making money at your expense. Will definitely use Peter again and highly recommend him to you.

Peter was performing air conditioning installation at our house. We can recommend Peter and his company Sun Air as highly professional and customer oriented. The installation went as promised and all works. On top of that I have to say he and his colleague were working in our house for 3 days and it was as quiet and clean as possible. My wife and me are working from home and we had just a minimal required distraction during that time. I would happily hire him again if needed.

Peter responded immediately to my first email late on a Sunday night. He was out the next day, and made a "band-aid" repair for free so that the heat would work until he could come out for the full repair. When he came back to do the full repair, he noticed a few other issues that he fixed without changing his original quoted cost. Would use them again.

Peter was top notch from beginning to end in my experience with him. My furnace had, with a wonderful sense of timing, gone out on me right in the middle of having family and friends over for the holidays. I called Sun Air a week or two later, and they got back a hold of me right away. When Peter came out, he was easy to talk to and clearly knew what he was about. He got me a quote later that evening, I asked a few follow up questions, then said let's do this! He was able to schedule it for that week, which was incredible, and then knock out the job in two days. This was impressive, because I also finally decided to upgrade to a furnace/AC combo unit as where I live in Scotts Valley can get quite hot during the summer months.

Overall, in every aspect of communication, timeliness, installation quality, and customer service, Peter and Sun Air excelled. I can easily recommend them to anyone looking for quality, professional installation services for furnace and AC work.
