Pedro & his crew were wonderful. We had our A/C replaced, 2 water heaters replaced & an A/C unit installed in an add on room. Along with a new heating system. Pedro & his team went out of our way to make us comfortable. Especially after having bad experience with past contractors. We highly recommend Next Level Heating and Cooling, they were fast but efficient, very professional, completely cleaned up as they worked and were friendly & courteous. I will highly recommended them to all my friends & family.

This company is absolutely phenomenal! We were so impressed by the price, the cleanliness, the professionalism, and the actual installation process only took 1 day!! 9:30am to 4:30pm!! We have over 3000 ft.² in our house! Our five bedrooms, four bathrooms, den ,living room ,dining room etc…. they were able to cover it all! We definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Jose has made himself one very happy customer! He arrived on time, was professional and courteous from start to finish, and charged a reasonable fee for his work. eat service. Called yesterday and was able to get an appointment the following AM. Couldn't figure out why my AC unit suddenly stopped working outside but was still blowing air into the house. I tried to do some troubleshooting myself but didn't want to mess with the unit.

Just as scheduled, Axel arrived and I explained what was going on. He inspected the unit and immediately began to step-by-step trouble shoot the situation. Axel found the problem which was a clog in the water hose coming from the water pump. He corrected that issue and only charged me the diagnostic fee. Additionally he gave me a list of other things to keep an eye on to make sure the AC unit lasts for a long time. Thank you Axel.

Next Level was able to install my new furnace right away at a time that was convenient for me. They were on time and efficient and their price was very reasonable. Next Level applied for my permits and helped with scheduling inspections. They have maintained good communication with me throughout that process.

We had some trouble with our new thermostat installation, Nest, and Jose helped figure out the issue very fast in our attic. He took care of the installation from there. Very professional, friendly, and fast guy. Would definitely call him again if needed.

Last Saturday, we found out that our heater was emitting burnt smell and wasn't blowing out hot air. I suspected it was flame sensor on the furnace but turned out to be blown motor. I reached out to about 15 places on Sunday and Next Level was one of the first to respond. Jose had immediate opening on following Monday at 8am. He came out punctually with a 20 minute arrival notice. He identified the problem within 15 minutes and gave me a quote right away. He placed a order for the oem motor which was available this morning. He picked it up and came back out a day after finding the problem which I thought was amazing turnaround. He just finished the job which took about an hour. Through the entire job, Jose was very courteous and answered all my questions clearly. He wore shoe cover to protect my floor and mask to be safe. Price was very reasonable too. I am happy to have found my goto HVAC company. thanks Jose!

Jose was very professional and was able to quickly identify/troubleshoot the problem with my HVAC system. He gave me three options, with pros and cons, and I was able to make an informed decision. He filled the refrigerant and the cooling difference was noticeable right away. He even cleaned out my fan unit outside. Great experience. I will use his services in the future!

Firstly, I need to say that I am always of the mind that I will pay extra for good customer service; however, in this case, I didn't have to. Good customer service and satisfaction are in the fabric of this company. From Jose (My "Go-to-Guy") to the finance people, and even the follow-up folks - EVERYONE was helpful and kind. Jose explained all the prices and products clearly to me and was willing to work with me to get the heat I needed in my home. Asbestos ducts - gone! Cold nights - gone! Broken furnace - gone! All in 24 hours.
