Next Level Heating and Cooling

My AC was installed by Next Level Heating and Cooling. I got roughly 4 other quotes but I felt that Next Level would do the best job. They were by far the most organized and professional. The installation went very smoothly. They did a great job. I’m very happy and would recommend them to others.

I received a reply from Jose within minutes of my initial request for service. He was able to drive down to our home and quickly diagnosed the issue with our AC unit that had stopped working. After showing me the issues with the relay and capacitator, he replaced both faulty items and was done within 30 minutes. Our AC is functioning once again. This company was professional and prompt from the initial quote through installation. I was quoted the best price for our new ac system and sceduled quickly for the installation. The crew showed up on time , wore masks to keep my immune compromised child safe, protected my woof floors, and cleaned up. I can not say enough of how satisfied I am with the entire experience. Excellent service, I was able to book a next day appointment even when my request was late in the evening. Jose and his crew came next day, reviewed the problem with my central AC and provided the diagnosis. I was given several options and I felt appreciated as a customer. They were able to replace my AC condenser unit the same day, which made me and my family very happy. The level of professionalism, efficiency and etic I received from Jose and his team are amazing. Once the job got finished, I was clearly explained the details of what was done and how to proper take care of the unit. They patiently listened to my questions and answered each and every one of them. The job was superb!. I will definitely recommend Next Level Heating and Cooling to all my friends and family.

We'd had a horrible experience with another local company so we approached Next Level very cautiously. But they not only took care of us, they did what their name says: They took it to the next level. At every step. From Jose who helped us pick the right units, to Beto, Edgar and Romero who did the installation. They made the whole process simple, and even enjoyable because they were so kind and professional. A word of advice if you're looking at other companies (we learned this the hard way): read the 1-star reviews. This company doesn't have any on Google and only 1 on Yelp. The other company had dozens of 1 star reviews on both, and many were very recent bad experiences. Getting them to remove their defective product (the a/c literally never worked, and we were in a heatwave) was a nightmare to say the least. They just kept wanting to repair what never worked. Better yet - save yourself the hassle and just hire Next Level. It was less expensive, a shorter installation (4 hours versus 9) and they offer better products (we went with Trane). We're so glad they replied to a desperate Facebook community post asking for reliable and trustworthy HVAC companies. They did not disappoint one bit!

Jose from Next Level Heating was recommended by a coworker. I’m glad we called him. He came over the following day to repair our heater.
