I received consultations from 5 different HVAC companies for HVAC installation with replacement of old ducting. Next Level was neither the least or most costly, but Jose from Next Level was the most thorough during the consolation and very professional which is what led me to pick them. I’m glad I did. His guys did a great job, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to others seeking HVAC needs.

Jose arrived on time as scheduled and was very professional and thorough with the inspection of our HVAC system including the ductwork. He exhibited great safety work habits and made sure his work area was clear of any tools.

Axel Garcia came out to fix an A/C unit that was not working. He got everything fixed right away. He was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through how to keep our unit in top shape! Wonderful work! Axel did a fantastic job!

Found them on Yelp. Had an appointment scheduled for the next day. Notified me that they could come a day earlier, which worked even better. Jose came and looked at my outdoor AC unit, my indoor attic unit, my vents, and my thermostat. Broke down what the problems were, gave me an extremely fair and great price, and got to work. He had all the parts in the van so that was even better! An hour later and my AC is cooling once again! I would not hesitate on recommending them for all AC needs. After messaging a different company through Yelp, I received a response to my inquiry from Next Level Heating and Cooling. Jose was quick to respond to my initial request for a service/repair estimate and provided a fair price range based on the information I gave him over the phone. He was able to get my A/C unit fixed really fast and still took the time to answer my questions and give me good tips as to maintaining my unit going forward. I contacted several other companies and I can say the prices here are very competitive and the service is excellent. I am very impressed by his professionalism and will definitely be recommending him to family and friends.

Our a/c stopped working on a hot Sunday. Jose was at our house within an hour and had our unit up and running within 15 minutes. Awesome reliable service. We will definitely use him again and refer him to all our friends and family.
