Einstein Air Conditioning

Our new AC unit failed. Einstein was available to come quickly, and diagnosed it as a seized motor. They did not do the installation, but were willing to handle the warranty claim with the mfger and came back to do the repair when the part came in. The $60 diagnostic charge went toward the repair work and we're back up and running. Elan was a great person to work with, communication from the office was good, and their online invoicing works smooth and fast.

Amazing service, highly recommend!! The whole process was seamless. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and patiently walked us through all of our options. Everyone we worked with was professional and patient, even working through some annoying wifi issues once the job should have been complete.

Elan was very responsive and helpful in getting our heater fixed. He had to order a part that he has shipped to his house to speed up the process. As a result of this our heater was fixed one day sooner than expected. Great job!!!!

After researching companies we went with two to assess and give us an estimate. The planned repair was the same from both companies, however Einstein’s price was much more reasonable. They were quick to respond and fit us into a very busy schedule during a heatwave. Elan came out and did a great job. The service was fast, friendly and professional. We will definitely call Einstein for any work we need on our HVAC system in the future.

Max came in last minute and helped us out with the heater. He was very honest and saved us a lot of money with other things we didn’t need that other HVAC contractors told us “we needed”. I would definetly call Eienstein HVAC again!
