Maximo was great, very professional and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem and got us a solid estimate and solution.

Wonderful customer service from the field technician but a bit pricey when it comes to parts and labor. Highly recommend using them to maintain HVAC/AC system yearly in your home so you are aware of any parts needed for the near future so you can decide on having them do the work or attmept DIY like myself.

Elan, a Very professional, on time, and informed service man arrived and diagnosed the problem. After he ordered and received the needed parts, he repaired our heater and it works great now. I highly recommend Einstein Air-conditioning.

Matt was very professional and informative as far as what the issue was with my AC. He was very quick with the repairs and had my AC working in 30 min. He was also very accommodating with my requests for shoe coverings and face masks. I would definitely recommend him.

We had a beyond excellent experience. Matt (the company owner) was very friendly and informative, making sure to leave no question unanswered. Upon arrival, a detailed analysis was conducted on our system and he really took the time to simplify for us the different directions we could take. He was never pushy, completely transparent and spent a good amount of time clearly breaking down all costs and warranties. Their prices were reasonable and everything was made so easy that it just made sense to choose them. We knew it would be a big job since both ac and heater needed to be changed so we were excited to hear that he was able to make a next day appointment and finish the same day! 10 out of 10. They finished up flare fittings and system charging on a mini-split system I had installed myself. Anthony was friendly, super professional, on time and a hard worker. They bid on the slightly high end, but it's money well spent! Look forward to using Einstein Air for all my future HVAC needs.

They were able to come on a Sunday which was awesome. They were also the best price of all my quotes. Matt was super nice and very considerate. They take pictures and save all the system information so if you need to call them again, they will be familiar with your unit’s history. We would most definitely hire them again.
