Einstein Air Conditioning

Matt and his team at Einstein both installed my HVAC and maintain it yearly. They are nothing but professional and thorough and no corners are ever cut. Matt goes out of his way to get you in when it’s convenient for you. The service worker today, Mario, was a joy and even offered to do a small repair on my skylight and install my smoke detector battery while he was up on his ladder. Tiny things that took seconds for him but were super helpful for me. Overall wonderful people and I can’t recommend them enough!

Maximo came on time. Very friendly and informative. Had him check and diagnose a wall heater furnace and was well-knowledge and explained what needs to be done. Will definitely work with them again.

Matt at Einstein Air was awesome! He explained the issue with my system thoroughly and was pragmatic about making tweaks to help it run as best as possible without doing a ton of expensive work.

We had this company out when we first moved in to our new home do a “tune up” on a very old ac system. They informed us of several issues as well as options to fix them but recommended ultimately replacing the ac unit instead of the bandaid fixes. Fast forward a month and the unit died, as expected. Elan came out that day to take a look at it and see what he could do to try and get it up and running again and to go over our options for replacing the system. We ultimately replaced the system and Elan and his crew came out the next day to do it. It took 12 hours to replace the whole system and the crew was respectful and communicated with us the whole time. They tarped all the areas inside where they worked and walked. They cleaned up inside and out when they were done. The whole experience was easy, low stress and we are very happy with our experience. We had a couple of small things come up since installation and Elan has come out immediately to take care of them. I’m also very impressed with the text/email system to keep you in the loop on appointments and arrival times. I highly recommend this company.

The service from Einstein Air Conditioning was excellent. The communication was clear, concise and I appreciated the updates via text (reminder of the scheduled work, any changes, when the work was done, etc). My family enjoyed having Matt and Mario come out for maintenance on our AC system and get us on an annual maintenance plan -which was terrific! Glad to have met such wonderful people who provide stellar service. Thank you!

Not really a service/repair call so much as a sales pitch to replace practically the entire unit piece by piece. When I declined to pursue that option, suddenly the price was lowered (why wasn’t this price quoted from the start?). After 90 minutes of the sales pitch with no movement towards a repair got a second opinion. ‘Lowered price’ from Einstein was still over $1500 from what I paid the second A/C repair business to fix my issue which they did in a short amount of time. Probably a decent business for others to use, but I will not call them out for repair again.

The team for Einstein replaced the ducting in my home and was done in a Friday in a heat wave and a Holiday weekend and they stayed until 8:30 at night. They did an excellent job and had great attitudes and I would most definitely hire again. I’m very appreciative of their efforts and hard work!

The technician told he could install a new AC unit for $7,000. He took my old AC which was fairly new and said he would see it for me. I no had to call him back twice because it wasn’t working. He had to redo the wiring…
The bill then came through at over $8,000. When I called Anthony to ask about it he said don’t worry there was a $ 1,000 rebate coming from the manufacturer in a few weeks.The technician then stopped returning my calls after telling me was installing my old AC and would have money for me the following week.

I called Matt the owner and he said he knew nothing about it and that Anthony no longer worked there and there was nothing he could do about it. Anthony told me he had been talking to Matt all along!!
I was totally ripped off. If this was Anthony’s dealings as the company representative, matt refused to make things right.

I will never use theses guys again for anything!

Max fixed our AC issues fast and professional! He was able to fix it within an hour and we’re really happy with Einstein’s service! Definitely would use them again.

I called Einstein for an estimate to replace our AC units. Our units are 16 years old and we were told by the company maintaining them that we have an R22 coolant leak and we were running low. Since CA no longer carries that coolant it would be best to replace them before they break. I got several estimates from different companies. After explaining our situation to Elan he checked our units himself. It was then he said that his gauges showed no leak and we didn’t NEED to replace them at this time. After thanking him profusely for his honesty, I signed up for their yearly maintenance service. It was very refreshing to know there are still people who value honesty over making a buck.
