I appreciated them getting back to me when I had concerned. All very professional and I hope my dryer issue is solved.

I love their troubleshooting approach and fixing your problem at component level instead of changing out costly large chunks of hardware. Cost effective, professional, cordial and customer friendly.

The tech really know what to do and provided reasonable price. Did not replace items that is not necessary to get things fix for over charging.

Be aware of this company I would not recommend using their service. While they did come out to my residence the same I contacted them, the service tech to service tech came out to service my Viking microwave the repairman didn't even open the back he just tried heating up a cup of water and said he would get back in contact with the part price. I received an e-mail to state the the part is a capacitor and the fee would bee $499.00 When I looked up the cost of the part on the internet the fee was $10.00-$100.00. I called the company and let them know that I felt The repairman didn't even test the capacitor. I called Cooling and Heating today the person on the other end did not seem to care. I let her know that I understand companies need make money these days. Again she didn't care. So if you don't mind getting ripped off go and and try them.

My technician was nice but we cannot communicate because he didn’t speak good English so it was very hard for him to explain the questions I was asking him this is very important when you’re doing a job to understand one anotherCharged me 299 for just getting a paintbrush saying that he was cleaning the furnace changing the filter and doing a little bit of an adjustment ridiculous didn’t even give me the breakdown of which item cost Terrible thinking it would not be using them again

I would highly recommend this company for ac installation . When we purchased the house few months ago , we called them to come by and give us an estimate on new system and tell us if we even need new system . After examination they told us we would need to replace the system , which we eventually did with them. Team was on time and it took them less than 48 hours to complete the job . Happy with customer service and pricing .

The service technician arrived on time, very courteous and helpful. He was honest about the issue and did the service immediately. He left the area clean after work.

Valerri was experienced and professional. He found and fixed the problem very quick. He was very friendly and patient, too.

Did not fix issue. Created more issues that did not exist prior to arrival. Would not recommend.

I did not expect the heating and cooling system to completely breakdown with the weather being so cold. Sadly it did, and I was informed the system must be replaced. Will make decision shortly.
