I had a busted heater and they sent Oleksii Kot to look at it. He checked to see if it was worng with it. He left me a detailed list of what was wrong with the heater informed me of the problems it had. Once he finished the repairs he checked to see if there were any carbon monoxide leaks. It was Fast, friendly, and informative service. Will definitely use them again.

After I submitted the AC repair request in Thumbtacks, I got their response in 5 minutes and the service was scheduled on the next day. Alexdre showed up on time and brought all professional tools. He found the problem fast and run a leaking test using special tool. I am satisfied how professional he is.

After the first evaluation of my broken furnace we were told we needed a new one, new ducting and why not add AC since we’re at it since it would cost thousand to repair the current furnancez

Vladimir came over, inspected the furnace and had it running in 10 minutes. Said it needed a few parts and came back the next day and fixed it completely in an hour.

We went from no heat thinking we were going to have to drop 17k in repairs to having heat again for $500.

Oleksii was on time considering I called this morning. He is confident, professional and pleasant. He called Frenchie his assistant. He worked hard and is very tidy. His mess his cleanup. I would use this companies services again and again. Thank you guys!

I called them regarding my fridge that is not dispensing water or ice, took pictures and shared with them the most possible reason ( electrical issues). They sent me a young guy who spent the time calling his manger asking him what to do and ended up asking me to replace everything (cost of $500) without even trying to do anything. After 5 min checking asked me for their $59 service fee which was the most wasted money i spent for nothing. I will probably google it and try to fix it by myself.
