Cooling & Heating Repair did a great job for us. They were informative, polite, cheerful, and respectful of our home, cleaning up after themselves. This applies specifically to Alex (who came out on the emergency call when we discovered our furnace had failed), Alina (who handled all communications with us and explained our options), and Stephan his assistant, who installed our new furnace. So far, all good!

Wonderful service and expertise. Our heater went out two days before my wife was due to go into labor and Alex came to the rescue immediately and saved the day. He was professional, an expert, and a good human to be around. If it wasn’t for his quick responsiveness, our house could’ve burnt down; but he got there within an hour, mitigated the furnace fire, and fixed the furnace to bring heat back.
