The Entire crew was the Best, I would highly recommend to a friend or neighbor. I am very happy with the service, installation and quality of my air conditioning unit and air purifier. My sales rep Brian was on top of the job from beginning to the end, he even came out onsite to over see the install. You can't ask for more then that!!!!!! I was very impressed with the Customer service and support, this company has trained their employees the old fashion way, where the customer is first such a pleasure to see these days.

My furnace decided to stop working on Xmas Day. The next morning I called Associated Heating & Air and Ethan Padilla was at my house in 2 hours! He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He triple checked his diagnostic review and showed me how the heater operated. He picked up and replaced the circuit board, then made sure it worked before leaving. I would highly recommend Ethan and will use this company again.

Ethan Padilla, was very helpful while working on our air condition unit out back. With my desire to know what he was doing, I asked if I could watch as long as I stayed out of his work space. Ethan explained the steps that helped him to locate the problem which made me feel comfortable about his final analysis.
I'm a wife who has an invalid husband who cannot go through this process so, I needed to know as much as I could learn in such a short time. I felt very comfortable with what Ethan was sharing with me. I also read a much as I can before having someone to investigate the problem. Since I'm the decision maker for major projects and I needed to have valid information to make the proper decisions, Ethan provided me with that information.

I had a complete installation of my HVAC system and Keith was the installer, including ducts and thermostat. This is the 3rd system I've had installed. It was the most professional work I have ever experienced.
Keith is well spoken with total system knowledge and performed the work above my expectations in every respect. The work site was kept neat and organized and on schedule.
Total satisfaction and I'd recommend him to anyone looking to have a similar job performed. SUPERB WORKMANSHIP!

Ethan was very thorough, clean and quick in doing our annual winter service. Following the service he reviewed some of the add-on products available. We had been thinking about adding one of the products for the last few years, a device that kills microbes from the air circulated through our house. It was apparent Ethan was extremely knowledgeable about the product and filled in all of our questions/concerns. We wanted the product, so Ethan was able to install/test it right then and there. We are very happy campers.

I had Lam Tran (no relation) as service person to check out my AC and heating. He is thorough and courteous. He recommended me to replace the capacitors but in no way pushy about it. I feel I can trust his work and expertise. I did have him replace the capacitors.

Associated Heating & Air is the best in the business! If you are looking for 5 star customer service and 5 star equipment, then look no further. I just purchased this property and my unit was not working properly- I needed service ASAP. Juan serviced our unit and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was very detailed in explaining what needed to be fixed with my unit and was able to install the missing part right away! My unit has never worked better. Thanks to Juan, Tom and all the staff at associated! I make sure my friends and family call Associated Heating & Air for all of their HVAC needs!

Very satisfied with Ethan Padilla's work in performing scheduled maintenance on my system. His manner and easy explanation of all items checked was very good. He also made a very good presentation of Air Scrubber system, which I am considering.

My 85 year old mother was taken advantage of. The service man came out and inspected her unit and said it needed to be replaced. He quoted $4500. The salesman, John Michael came out, made mom feel very comfortable, then told her it would be $9000. She has a hard time standing up for herself when people are being nice. It was for the AC unit only. Not with the heater, which was a couple years old. Blantant stealing from an elderly woman.
Update 8/3/2020 - a one year old.unit and it has quit working. In 2016 I had a 4 seer Rheem AC with a 3 stage furnace for $8500. It hasn't failed yet. One year and this $9000 piece of junk quit. My mom is calling another company.

Experience was excellent begnning with my first call with Joyce. She managed to get Ethan to our condo in spite of a tight schedule. Had good advice. Was professional and caring. Ethan was prompt, professional, capable and interested in getting our problem solved. I would recommend this company highly on many counts.
