I had my AC system serviced today and it was a great experience. friendly and polite technician arrived when expected, and yes with a face mask (and gloves). he checked everything on the system, cleaned, checked pressures etc. was overall a great experience and would recommend One Call Service Group to my friends.

One Call Service Group was assigned by my home warranty to service my heating unit. I submitted the request late that night on 3/13/17 and they called me the next morning to set up an appointment for that afternoon on 3/14/17. They actually called back and said they could come earlier and they were in and out of my house in less than 30 minutes. They were very nice and fixed my issue and educated me on the issue. I had a positive experience.

My a/c quit working in June 2017. I called One Call late in the day and they sent someone out the next day at a time convenient for me. They confirmed what I already suspected, my unit was an old R-22 refrigerant system and it was not repairable. One Call provided a very reasonable estimate and installed a new unit. In short: They came when they said they would. They did what they said they'd do. They charged what they said it would cost. They were courteous and friendly. They did good work and didn't leave any mess. My air hasn't worked this well since I bought the place new nearly 16 years ago. I'm very satisfied.
