One Call Service Group

Our home warranty provider used One Call Service Group to replace the compressor on our HVAC last year. They were completely unresponsive, and once the part was finally replaced it failed. Once it was replaced again it failed to cool properly, even after multiple calls.

We hired our own contractor instead of relying on our home warranty and getting stuck with One Call again. After looking out our HVAC they found that One Call had replaced our 3 1/2 ton compressor with a 2 ton compressor. So either these guys are completely incompetent and used the wrong parts and couldn't determine that they used the wrong parts after multiple reports that the system wasn't functioning properly, or they were trying to pull a fast one on our home warranty to replace the part with a cheaper one and pocket the difference.

One call came out, ordered our parts and has not been heard from since. Called 5 times now and not one call back. How am I suppose to get anything resolved? I have been without AC for 22 days since you ordered my parts? You did tell us it was going to be a long time. Can you please define how long you think it is acceptable for your customers to wait?

Love Sam and his team. Installed a new unit with them a couple of years ago and had them service our aging unit up until replacement. Honest and up front with costs and services. Highly recommend.
