We are very pleased with the service we received from Jennifer. She was very helpful and explained things so that we could understand. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the job she did. Thank you so very much for your help and for doing a great job.

From the initial call everything was Professionalism at its best. All support personnel was absolutely the best. Tech Jeremy Hardcastle worked diligently till completion of his efforts. Thanks to all at Airco.

Had to replace my whole unit and to my surprise to only find out later that my heat and air was all going under my house. No book was provided to understand how to use the thermostat. Nor did they provide me the knowledge that the air was going everywhere but in the house. I believe that the technician should have tested the unit to make sure everything was working as needed and I had proper air flow. If they would have done so, I would have addressed the issue at that time. I didn't invest the amount I had just to come across more issues nir to have a unit I could not use. Very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️.

Brandon and Paulino did an amazing job and with what they found now will save me A LOT of money. Whoever installed my unit, installed the bulb incorrectly on my TXV. Thank you Airco for these excellent technicians.

Incredible service by this company. We had a failure in our AC/Furnace system. They had multiple options to choose from in a new system and beat the prices of their competition. Would highly recommend this company.

Like others here, I was a satisfied Jay's customer for many years. Like others, I was a bit nervous about "the new folks." Evan Lemon came out for the yearly heater checkup this week, and took good care of us. Made sure everything was working like it should, cleaned what needed to be cleaned, and left me feeling more comfortable with "the new folks." Thanks!

Lightning strike damaged control board. Airco would not repair without upfront payment in full. No terms offered and Airco then completely refused to service whatsoever! Engaged an established central air service which provided excellent service at less expense than Airco!

Airco’s service was excellent. Evan Lemon, the technician who came out, did a wonderful job. He was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. We are very pleased. We’re with Jay’s Service Company for over twenty years before they were sold to Airco. Was concerned if we would get the same great service. Very pleased so far.
