I write very few reviews buy this company is buying up lots of good small, independent companies in central Arkansas. Then they raise the prices, lie about service issues and cheat customers. It's sad. I would avoid at all costs. They are trying to capture a big hung of the market at the expense of us all. Please take the time to find a smaller independent company.

Paulino did a great job getting my heat and air units ready for winter . He is very friendly and thorough in his work and explanations.

I had to reach out to Pearce Heating and Air because my home warranty was taking forever to get a repair technician out to my home in the dead of summer. From the initial contact, they were friendly and accommodating. When no one else could be found, they offered to come out the same day to restore my air conditioner. The technician that they sent out showed up early and was “super” professional. He explained to me what was going on with the unit and just left a “good” impression. If their other technicians are anything like Austin, I will be using them for years to come and they have my “solid” stamp of approval. I don’t know how big this company is, but they instill customer service in their employees. Call them… they are affordable and worth the time. Especially if you break down in the summer 😅

The rental business that I rent from contracted Pearce to install a new AC unit. They were very respectful, professional, and did a good job with installing the unit. They took special care to not track mud into apartment. One service man took off his shoes when coming in apartment. When it came time to do the install, the service men put down floor coverings to protect the carpet. After the install, they took the time to explain about the new thermostat. They were really nice to work with!
