This company is all-around awesome. They have earned my trust and I won’t use anyone else. Here’s why:

A few weeks ago, one of our home’s A/C units quit cooling. This happens from time to time and usually means it needs some Freon. Based upon a recommendation, I contacted this company and was happy that they worked us into their schedule for the next day. Kraig came out and he’s fantastic. He walked me through every step of the process he used to assess the A/C, determined it was indeed low on Freon and walked me through the steps he used to correct it. Additionally, he identified and pointed out a couple other minor issues and remediated those. Finally, he cleaned both outside units and gave me tips on how to best maintain and care for them to ensure they cool at maximum efficiency. The time and attention he gave made all the difference between him and other contractors we have used.

While the first experience was very good, their continued excellence is what has really gained our business. Two weeks later, a close lightning strike took out many electrical devices throughout our home, even the ones on surge protectors. Included in the damage were both of the A/C units, which quit working altogether. No fans, no clicks, no nothing. I checked all the breakers, etc. and found them to be good, so called Premier.

Again, they fit us right in with an appointment for the next day. Chris, one of their technicians, came out and did another outstanding job for us. He also walked me through the troubleshooting process and made it easy for me to follow. The lightning had impacted a few things in the two A/C systems, including a transformer, two control boards and a contactor on the outside unit. His methodical process ensured that he was able to quickly and easily identify the specific issues, without just replacing everything. He shared with me the results of his troubleshooting along the way, and I was more than satisfied with his diagnoses. He had both A/C units running again before he left. Considering how hot it has been this June in Arkansas, my family and I are very appreciative of all the hard work Premier does!

Just a terrific job by Kraig. He upgraded our thermostat, repaired our duct work, gave us the top of the line system, and corrected any other imperfections he found without raising our quoted price 1 dime. I've used him several times before and will definitely work with him in the future.

Came home after 5pm to a 82F home. Called Premier and the owner offered to help troubleshoot over the phone On his own time while taking care of his newborn. Excellent, good hearted folks. Will definitely be doing business with Premire for any of my future HVAC needs.

I called at least 15 places had 2 other people come out and diagnose it, then I met Craig. What a pleasure to work with. He knocked it out in 25 minutes and the first 20 was me talking. I don't care who you've called have Craig come and look at and find out what's really wrong. This will be the only heating and air place I ever use again and I will tell everyone this is the place to go. Thank you very much Craig
