Top notch from start to finish. I needed to replace my air conditioner unit. Kraig met with me to look over everything and discuss the best unit for my needs. I was happy with the timely estimate and asked how soon we could start. He was able to start right away. Kraig and crew started that Friday morning and I had a perfectly functioning unit by the afternoon. Kraig was there most of the time to supervise the work. Not only did I get exactly what we discussed, he went the extra mile and added some neat little touches that he did not have to do. It is obvious that Kraig cares about the quality of the work.
