After my call, the technician was in my driveway within 15 minutes. He was timely, professional, and did quality work quickly. He stayed to make sure the part he replaced worked. I am saving Premier Heating and Air in my contacts! Rates were very reasonable and worth every penny!

After calling a tech was on the scene within 40 mins. He found the problem very quickly and communicated the issues. He also checked the efficiency of my unit and found some other issues that needed to be fixed. Very satisfied with my service call.

Was recommended by a friend on Facebook and the response time was amazing! Craig was very helpful, walking my husband through different reasons why the AC stopped running. He was able to trouble shoot over the phone and get the AC functioning. It is Friday night at 8:30 too! Will definitely be using them to service our AC from here on out!

We had Kraig out to our home today to price a new a/c and gas heater unit. We were told by another popular local company that our heat exchange was cracked and it would have to be replaced for safety purposes. We chose to replace both units because the age of our equipment. We wanted to price compare. I left a message at Premeir and they called me back promptly. He made time in his schedule the same day to help us out. Shortly after he arrive and assessed our units; he let me know that our units were in perfect working order and there was no cause for concern. Just to be sure, he took CO2 reading around our home. Kraig saved us tons of $$!! We would have been an easy sale, however he chose to be honest and do the right thing. He has earned new customers. Kraig, thank you for blessing our family today!

We were having issues with our heater and Nest thermostat since we moved into our new construction home. The contractor that our builder used came out and only temporarily solved our issues. Kraig came out on a Saturday and thoroughly looked over our system and was able to correct the wiring and our overall issues in no time at all! He was very knowledgable and professional. If we ever have HVAC issues in the future I know who to call!

We were having issues with our house smelling like mildew. Premier came out and was able to find our problem and get it fixed extremely fast!
