Excellent job. They didn’t even let the rain prevent them from our scheduled install. New unit is much quieter than our old one.

He was very knowledgeable, very professional and answered all my questions ! I definitely recommend Atchley air ! Everyone I interacted with was very professional and kind. I was in a bit of a crisis and they came to my rescue!!

I wouldn't even give them 1 star! They charged me a monthly membership fee and I never received my heating tune up. When I would call about it they were pushy on sales. I asked to speak with the manager David who was rude, condescending, down right hateful.

Chris and everyone at Atchley were very thorough, thoughtful and eager to make our HVAC purchase and installation a good experience. We love the units and we enjoyed each and every person we have worked with at Atchley Air. Thanks to everyone from the first phone call forward. We always knew what was happening, when it was going to happen and who was going to be there to do it. You folks are a great team that puts the customer first!!

Jonathan was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I have an old a/c-furnace unit that’s on its last legs. In trying to locate my problem, he took the units apart and took pictures. He explained in detail what he found and solutions to the problems. I got on their maintenance schedule to thoroughly clean the unit. We also discussed new units in which he was knowledgeable. I was glad he took the pics so I knew he wasn’t just trying to sell me a new one. I’ve been through at least three companies who have all screwed me over. I feel very hopeful about this company as Jonathan fixed one of the problems the last company caused. His professionalism won me over. I hope that runs through company and every employee is as good.

Cait was great. She identified my a/c problem and walked me thru several options to get my a/c working again.

Service Tech Bobby was courteous, professional, and explained the services and options to keep the HVAC system up and running. Thumbs up 👍 to Bobby and Atchley Plumbing and HVAC. Highly recommend.
