They do good work and had my a/c blowing cold in no time. Very professional but their prices are outrageous. A 25 dollar part cost 230 dollars installed. Expect to pay top dollar

Justin is one of the best technicians I have had the pleasure of meeting. He is friendly, professional, honest, and will spend time explaining what he is doing to your HVAC unit and why. I was totally comfortable with him and will
request his service in the future.

Kate is the sweetest young lady. She is very knowledgeable and efficient. She stayed on top of the part order to get us fixed up quickly. People like her will keep Atchley customers coming back.

I cant say if they can fix your air but they sure can possibly hurt your child when they fly through school zones. Last 2 mornings in a row in a busy 25 mph school zone they have flown and passed people actually doing the speed limit. Take that how you want but I'd never recommend them

Last year I used Atchley for the first time. I started a contract in 2022 which provided recent annual service. I thought I knew what a good contractor was until I met Justin Braughler, service technician. I ended up adding a UV light and surge protector due to the technician's professionalism, knowledge level, and patience answering questions. His ability to explain systems to a non-motor head was reassuring. Atchley has hired an exemplary employee who bodes well for their company. March 17th update. Month later....heat stopped working due to a switch attached to new motor installed a month ago. Technicians Elliot Simpson and Layne Cooper were very professional and efficient. I thought Justin was just a great hire. How is it HR hires such polite and knowledgeable staff. Must be a great business plan?

Noah was awesome. I want him every time. He came in and did a high noon, old western stare down with my hvac system and the system shuttered into compliance. He basically “do you feel lucky, punk’d” the system into telling him what was wrong with it. Im pretty sure he was mumbling subtle threats to it in my honor, for me having to go 24 hrs without ac. He’s like the hvac whisperer. He is well above what should be the standard. He was professional, efficient, honest and helpful. Give the guy a raise, because I guarantee I am not the only one who will be a repeat customer because of him.

We had the best experience with this company. They were always professional and very very helpful. My 80 year old mom was very comfortable with all the new equipment. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.
