A/C Heroes LLC

Called for HVAC repair supposedly repaired and replaced our compressor and lines. A/C went out 3 weeks later. Called back for repair and completely ghosted us for weeks on end. Had another company come out and said half the work was never completed as Eric said it was. Do not use this company.

I had contacted Eric randomly a few weeks ago after I turned my a/c on for the first time this year and realized I couldn't get the temp below 79. I think I contacted him on a Friday at like 3-4 pm. I knew that he was going to be busy because it was the first hot spell we had gotten and he made time for me that weekend. He checked first to see if I would mind if he came by later on Saturday evening, and I knew I had to take what I could get. Well he and his assistant showed up the next day and promptly got to work. His initial analysis wasn't good and I had a feeling that I would be buying a new a/c. There was some damage to the condenser that he let me know beforehand that I had to either replace that completely, or he could try to patch it and see if it would hold. He did have to come back the next day to come refill freon, and he said I had a negative vacuum because there was literally no freon left. Anyway this thing was probably beyond salvageable for most, and he was somehow able to use his HVAC wizardry to get this thing back to working again.

He and his assistant were super professional and worked very hard to get it working again and i'm very grateful. Thanks to his brilliant mind and mastery of the HVAC arts, I didn't have to replace the a/c unit and probably paid 5% what it would have cost to buy a new system.

There's so many things he did extra for me that I wasn't charged for and he was just literally going out of his way to fix and also educate me on how to better maintain some of the things I just wasn't aware of. It was an enlightening experience and this guy knows his stuff. I hope I don't have to see him again anytime soon, but for others who are sitting in a sauna trying to figure out who to call --- call this dude cause he's too legit to quit.

Quality of work was very bad. They were also working on an expired HVAC license.
