PHD Plumbing

Luis from PHD was efficient and I had a new water heater in no time at all!

First time I used PHD, one phone call, very responsive, right down to business, no wasted time, two man crew. I have used others in the past, some you have to call two or three times, others not professional, some had no idea what they were doing. I would highly recommend PHD for any of your plumbing needs.

I had a different company come out to unclog the drain in the kitchen sink. Within a week it was stopped up again. I called PHD and they were able to come out the same day. They were extremely professional both on the phone and the technician that came out. He finished the job in half an hour and I haven’t had any issues since. A bonus on top of all that, they were cheaper than other company. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

EDIT: I left the above review after a plumber (young man, his name escapes me, maybe Matt?) came and fixed my problem with a smile on his face. I was told someone else would be by on Monday to finish the job. Monday- no call. Tuesday- no call, I left a voice mail. Wednesday- no call. The following Monday, more than a week later, I got a return call that I owed $200. The owner was rude, and I’ll never use this company again.

I had Brian come to my house in Yuma this morning to fix a hole in the waterline in my refrigerator. He was very courteous and highly professional in completing the job. I will ask for him the next time I need a plumber.

Chris was very professional in performing his duties and when fixing a leak outside on my patio wall and another in the front of my house, explaining in detail what he had done. Great job Chris!

We have had a shower and a tub sprayed by Dan of PHD. His workmanship is excellent. His attention to detail is as you would expect it to be. I would recommend you get your tub/shower sprayed rather than replace. We now have new tub and shower...well, you now know they were sprayed. Just keep it a secret! We would do this again if we had the opportunity or need.

I believe in giving credit when credit is due. The PHD office staff and Jesus were extremely professional. They came out the same day I called and Jesus went above and beyond checking all the fixtures to ensure everything was good to go. Would definitely recommend them.

This company is too good! I've used them several times. They are always on time and are friendly, professional, clean, and have done the best jobs for us! Won't use anyone else!
