PHD Plumbing

They re-plumbed an existing toilet, installed a new tub, grab bars, shower and surround, with new shower head in one bathroom. They installed a new toilet and new shower head in 2nd bathroom. They did a very good job, did the work quickly and efficiently. However, they did not do as they saId as the tub they installed is not usable. It is a "soaker" tub and is extra deep. I am 80 years of age and am afraid of falling getting in and out. They said they would change it but have not done so. The grab bars are placed much too high to be useful. I was prepared to pay for changing the tub to an ADA approved model but they have not done the change so must give them the one star.

Friendly, easy to schedule, on time, did great job and I didn't need a second mortgage to pay for it.

They tried to find the problem but couldn't find a leak. I had heard a perautic dripping, I thought was from my tub faucet but after taking it all apart and even using a camera they could find no wet places or leaks. Can only wait and see if I still hear dripping.

Well installed, International H2O filter (outside) installed perfectly. Second, fixed Leak, discovered other issues needing repair, did drain repair, third, installation of two new toilets. All jobs done with proactive, informative education as plumber worked. We learned so much (best homeowner practices for care/longevity of all purchased devices.) Main thing is, we will be staying with PHD for all plumbing and maybe a bit of remodel projects too as they are well diversified. Smart plumbers. Our Old Engler Family says: "Way to GO -PHD!!!" Special thanks to Chris, the most brilliant plumber ever:) highly qualified, super professional, for fast, tidy, smartly done, accurate work. That's why we kept calling PHD for all we had to get done! Our home is a much better place to live in due to PHD!

I had a major leak it covered my Master Bathroom and Master Bedroom. the workers arrived within a hour of my original call, it took a week to dry out the damage. Restoration took over a month, the workers arrived on time every day were polite and friendly, as well as knowledgeable. Had a beautiful job. Very satisfied. Thank you to PHD.

We had a leaking water heater that needed to be replaced. Mac ended up driving all over town to find us one. He did a great job, was super friendly and got the job done fast. Will definitely use them again, and will request Mac if possible.
