    Upon meeting Mr Roger Cox, I found him to be a wonderful man with knowledge and professionalism. I loved his humor.
    We have two units and they were getting old. One was gone, the other on it's way but still working. Roger is the owner of this company and gave us a deal that we couldn't pass up. He was cheaper than all the rest. In addition, allowed us to pay without interest. He made a gentleman's agreement with my husband without paperwork and told him that if he didn't have the money on time he could pay when he got it. He did the job and went over and above what was expected within one day and we were so please with the work. Everyone working with him were polite, I heard no foul language and they were perfect gentlemen.
    Wow, I would recommend Roger Cox for all who need an excellent job done fast and perfect. It is six months later and I'm problem free.

To Roger showing up with an upbeat professional attitude. He walked me through the process and made me feel like a truly valued customer. Five stars from me.     Roger Cox installed my unit 4 years and 9 months ago and I was happy with the work and he did finance me with no interest so I was very grateful. Unfortunately, the unit stopped running so I gave him a call. He came to my home and first of all told me it was the compressor. I wondered how he could know that since he didn't go out and look at it. All he did was look at the thermostat and cut some wires. So I said I wanted to get a second opinion and he said, "They're going to tell you the same exact thing I just told you." Then he changed his mind and said, "It's not the compressor, it's the capacitor." Again, I had a difficult time accepting that because he never even looked at the unit! So I got two other diagnostics with reputable companies and guess what? It wasn't the compressor OR the capacitor. It was a leak in a coil, it was leaking refrigerant. Ugh.I give him 2 stars because he did finance me without interest almost 5 years ago but I would not do business with him again after his faulty diagnostic.

    This company was referred to me by my home warranty company. The day of our scheduled service call no one showed up. Apparently the driver got lost in the desert and they couldn't find him for hours. The next day they sent the technician out again and he said the truck was still somewhere out in the desert and needed to be towed. Apparently the secretary didn't bother to give him the right directions that I had called in THREE times.

    The technician said our air handler needed to be replaced and could not be fixed. They would reach out to us when the part came in.

    Today I received a claim denial from my home warranty company and they denied the claim because they said they don't cover cleaning. I immediately called Roger Cox AC and they said there was a mistake; they never told the warranty company it needed to be cleaned--that the air handler had to be replaced. I said well if it was a matter of cleaning, I would gladly pay them to do it.

    Then came to bombshell. Even if it was approved they had already decided they would not come back t to our house because we were too far away and of what happened the first time with the truck. So they took my $60 anyway?

    I now have to file an appeal with the home warranty company.

    Our AC went out on Monday so we called Roger Cox AC & Heating and they came out Tuesday. All we needed was a recharge of the coolant. When the technician was refilling the coolant, he blew the fuse box, causing it to ark and melt things, making the AC no longer functional. He admitted guilt and said that they would replace the unit. After he called his boss, he said that not only was what happened our fault, but we would also have to pay for a new unit. The tech clearly admitted it was his fault yet we are out $1000+ and went 2 days without AC in 100+ weather with multiple dogs in the household. I do not recommend this company to anybody.

    This company was selected by my house warranty. Roger contacted me and left a message the day prior. He seemed very friendly and professional over the phone. However, the company's secretary was anything but professional. She indicated the day prior I would receive a call to let me know of when the technician would be there. I called and asked approximate time they would be there as I had not received a message or a call. She stated the technician allegedly called me; I had no missed call or voicemail. She reported the technician had already gone and no one was home. We stated we weren't home, due to the AC not working and were expecting a phone call. She seemed dismissive and at one point argumentative about our concerns. This company may have great reviews for their service by their technician, nonetheless their customer Services and concerns for their clients is unacceptable, improper, and negligent.

    Roger Cox is one of the nicest, trustworthy, most sincere people in the air conditioning industry I have ever come across. You would be doing yourself a favor giving them a call. In an industry filled with predators and bait and switch tactics you found a company you can trust.
