Roger Cox A C & Heating

We did some work for roofing work for Roger Cox on a transition where the AC meets the roof. They were prompt, easy to deal with, and helpful. I trust they are doing good work in more than a few ways.

I was impressed from the very first phone call. Very professional staff, I talk to Todd and he had someone out to my house the same day. The technician Raul was very professional and explained the work he was doing. The job was done and my family and I are very happy. Thank you!

On September 19th, 2019, Roger followed me to work in his work van after chasing me in my car through a neighborhood because he didn't like my driving and felt the need to block me in, yell at me, take pictures of my car, and tell me to take off my Christ's Church of the Valley (CCV) sticker off of my car. He said he was going to call the church and "report my driving". He left after 10 minutes, all the while I was having a panic attack in my car while 2 of my coworkers told him off. Very unprofessional.

They did not measure our house for what size unit we needed. They googled the house and went off those numbers. Our house has an add on so the one they installed was too small. Then they argued with us about the size until they looked at the other houses of our same size and saw their systems were bigger. Then they upgraded our unit.

Roger Cox A/C and Heating does great work. They are fair, reasonably priced and Todd Marek will take great care of you. I highly recommend.

Replaced my damper actuator. Was fair (called many companies, including our neighborhood resident hvac techs) and professional. Will use them again.
