Pioneer Plumbing

This is a great company we have used multiple times, they are professional, courteous, and punctual. My most recent experience with Leo, tech #38 was awesome. If you have any plumbing needs i would highly recommend using pioneer, they are awesome :)

Have used Pioneer Plumbing a few times now and their plumbers are always knowledgeable and efficient.
Just had work done by Napoleon and he was great! He replaced my old pipes and got my drain working again like new.

After some unhappy experiences with other plumbers on our various rental properties around town, Pioneer was recommended to us. We’ve had them do a number of jobs from installing cut off valves in an old building that didn’t have them to replacing old 1950s era showers with something more modern – they’ve always done a great job, very professional and courteous, on time, quality work. No, they’re not the cheapest plumbers you can get your hands on but we trust them with any critical work more than any other plumber we’ve used (and we’ve used a number).

I have used Pioneer 3 times in the past 4 months for 3 different jobs (removing/replacing water lines on my roof so I could have it replaced, troubleshooting an issue in my kitchen and snaking roots from my service line). Each time they were timely, professional, thorough, honest and competitively priced. Highly recommended.

They cancelled a critical gas job without notifying us, after having collected payment information and scheduling the date. When we called on the day of no-show, they claimed they could not reach us, but two different people whose phones were provided had no record of missed calls or any messages. They offered to reschedule two weeks later, even though they knew we had been without gas, hot water and heat for two weeks already. When I asked to talk to a supervisor they said he was in the field, and they would get back to me that day, and they never did! (We provided two more phone numbers that day). All this happened the week before Christmas, and we are now at risk of not having hot water and heat for the holidays. If zero stars was an option, I'd give that rating.

Pioneer has the highest level of quality of any plumber I know. They got in and repaired a broken pipe in my kitchen. They were clean and presented themselves in a very professional manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a nasty clog that was causing my kitchen and bathroom sinks to backup with some pretty disgusting water. A friend of mine spoke highly of them, so I called Pioneer Plumbing for help. The office personnel were very polite and answered all my questions. I received a courtesy call a couple hours later from the tech to let me know he was on his way to my house. The plumber, Cassius, showed up and wasted no time in locating what was causing the clog. He successfully fixed the problem and was patient enough to answer all my questions about what was going on behind the drywall. All-in-all, very pleased with Cassius and the rest of the team at Pioneer. Five Star service for sure!!!

We had pioneer plumbing come to our home to solve a major plumbing issue. They did so with the greatest of professionalism and courtesy. Eddie and Ryan were very knowledgeable in what they were troubleshooting and resolved our concerns quickly!

I have used Pioneer before and been very pleased. Today was no different. Tyler was great!!! Very courteous, professional. I was very impressed. He left the bathroom clean and in working order. Went the extra mile. Thanks Tyler!!

Called about a problem. Upfront about the costs related to labor and truck charge. Mike was very friendly, showed up early and finished the work in a timely manner. The only thing I would have negative to say is that in removing insulation on pipes and not having any to replace it with on the truck. I can go to Ace and get it myself for much cheaper, so not a huge issue. I would definitely recommend to others
