Although we had a few hiccups with the CU, in the end what impressed us most, were the installers and technicians and their knowledge in the equipment. And their clean up of the work site was much appreciated. Would we use their services again, absolutely.

Last month I contacted Hamstra to perform routine diagnostic maintenance and subsequent repairs. From contacting customer service to speaking with the service technician I was confident I selected the right company to perform the maintenance. I’m out of state but Jesus/technician called me to thoroughly describe any issues or concerns prior to performing any recommendations. After Jesus accomplish the task, he called me again to relay how everything went… Which was great!

Installer Jesus was very efficient and professional. Replaced thermostat, cleaned mini-split filter, investigated duct noise. Did exactly what we wanted.

Our air conditioner stopped working the afternoon before we were going out of town. Hamstra sent a tech the next morning! Brian replaced the capacitor with a better quality one and we were only delayed a few hours for our trip. Full system check up, too. Great service and I highly recommend them. Thanks!
