Will was prompt and courteous with both me and my dogs. He answered all of my questions and left everything neat and tidy.

Not only did Hamstra do a temporary repair while waiting for a part to arrive, the AC was working perfectly for almost two months. They sent two wonderful technicians today who got the job done at the estimated time and estimated cost.

We purchased 2 AC units in 2018 from Hamstra. One system has required many service calls after install. In 2020 I had many service calls to get the same issue resolved- which was resolved after emailing Hamstra of the on going issue. I was less than enthused that the same unit was acting up again but James was helpful in getting someone out as soon as possible. Then we met Shane, the technician that came out today. My husband and I were blown away by the customer service he provided. He was professional, listened to what the issue was, explained what he was going to do. He found the issue and fixed. He did a thorough examination of all the equipment. We are so thankful for his amazing work and reminded us again why we chose Hamstra for our new A/C units and service. We have been customers since 2009 because of employees like Shane!!!! Hamstra you should know that Shane does an amazing job of representing you.

Amazing company! They did such a great job at very reasonable prices. I had an emergency system outage yesterday in the high heat, and the tech Daniel came out late at night, did an amazing job, was very friendly and helpful!

I would not expect someone coming out for a late visit to be so pleasant and happy while doing the job, but he was. Amazing service, they take amazing care of you, I would recommend this company to anybody in need!

I've been a Hamstra customer for six years. My 22-year-old HVAC bit the dust a few days ago, and Hamstra came to the rescue with a new unit at a fair price. Their customer service is impeccable and my salesman, John, guided me through the sales process quickly. The engineer and installers were informative and quickly addressed my concerns. As I continue with the bronze service every time a technician comes out they try to sell me expense cleaning services, like the blower motor has bacteria buildup and must be cleaned for $500 wow or ultraviolet light for $1100 what

Taylor is very responsive, & knowledgeable about my Humidifier, heating & AC. He is very professional & pleasant.
