Hamstra installed a minisplit for me. They are a very friendly, knowledgeable and forthright company. They won't give you a hard sales pitch. They assess your needs and make suggestions explaining each one so you can decide for yourself. They stand by the products they sell and install. They follow up with regular inspections to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied.

Juan, Steve and James were incredibly professional and courteous, and did a great job during the installation of my new AC unit. I have used Hamstra for the servicing of my old AC unit and they were always great to work with. All of the service techs I have worked with have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When I decided to upgrade to a new unit it was a great experience working with Big John and everyone at the Hamstra office. Was able to get on the schedule quickly after my older unit broke. Great people with great service!

I have been a customer of Hamstra for nearly 30 years and I have always received excellent advice and service, whether it was to replace or repair a furnace/AC unit, or to perform routine maintenance. Zachary recently checked out two relatively new roof-top units (about 4 years old) for me under the service program; he was very efficient and personable and I feel confident that the units are performing to specification.

This company starts with good comms. Appointment reminders, 30-minute arrival notification, always a live telephone response. Tech was professional, came on time, had appropriate gear, articulately described findings and filed a timely report. Easy process from start to finish. I would definitely recommend.

Hamstra is a quality company I will continue to use for years to come. They service my HVAC system twice yearly and recently installed a new system to replace our retired 17 year old system. Installation went smooth, installed by Andres and Bryan. They were professional, efficient, and answered all questions before leaving. Two years ago I had an Amana AC and heating system installed replacing my 17-year-old unit. The installation was fantastic everyone was super friendly and professional best of all my Amana system comes with a fantastic lifetime warranty!

My technician today who came out was fantastic as usual bright hard working honest young man! They know their business inside and out.
Do not try to upsell you with needless items and service options they only recommend the very best systems and services at a very competitive price!

I have had good experiences with hampstra they intalled my ac fuor five years ago. I have service plane with them. The tech who came out today was very friendly, helpfull and professional. He answered all my qestions and was very clear about what services were preformed and his recommendations. I would recommend them.
