I give them a 100 plus review. Everytime I needed them they came out late at night. They are Kind Helpful and Great Price. I have referred them to many people. You do not come across Honest people anymore, Tonya and hubby very very Honest.

Definitely some of the most professional people I have ever encountered, I had already received one quote from another company who said the unit would need to be replaced, the technician from City, Chris, was here 15 minutes max and I have heat. I really cannot say enough about their service. Honest, friendly and knowledgeable, I'd give them 10 stars

I scheduled AC maintenance through our home warranty company. Chris came out and did a great job. He explained what he did and recommended a new unit. He went above and beyond and re-programmed my thermostat. He was very professional and detail orientated. I would definitely recommend City Heating and Cooling to others needing service and/or installation of new AC units.

We were hooked up with City Heating and Cooling through our 2-10 Home Warranty company when our AC wasn't working. Boy were we lucky!

We were not expecting much from the warranty company and never thought they were going to honor our policy, but they did because City Heating and Cooling kept on them to get the right parts and upgrade EVERYTHING!

It took a long time "due to COVID" and City never gave up and kept us updated and worked beyond our expectations. We got two new complete HVAC units from the warranty company and they were beautifully installed and our system was brought up to code by City Heating and Cooling. We are over the moon happy, grateful and truly blessed that City Heating was our contractor.
