I have always counted on their team to properly diagnose and fix the issue. And they don’t jump to the conclusion of replacing your AC like some other companies. They are always on time and courteous. Highly recommend as that first call that you will go back to after making the second call to someone else!

Wonderful costomer service from a fine technician by the name of James! He fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes! The professionalism within the company is very high and I would highly recommend his service to anyone looking for their A/C unit to be serviced.

My home warranty company hired these guys to come check out some problems we were having with our swamp cooler. Don was the tech who came out and he showed up on time and was able to fix the problem right away and also gave me some information about how to properly maintain my cooler. Good customer service and a good tech.

Our 20 year old water heater was just not cutting it anymore. Kevin and Daryl showed up exactly when they said they would. The job Advantage Air Mechanical did was fantastic, even though the job turned out to be much more extensive then anyone could have imagined. The previous owner of my house did many of the repairs and remodels. He vented the water heater right into the roof, not through the roof. Luckily no one in our family became sick or died from carbon monoxide poisoning. Kevin and his guys saw the problem, fixed the problem professionally and without any major delay. The extra charge for so much more than what the original job called for was more than reasonable. Advantage Air has earned another loyal customer.

Wow. Same day service in June in Tucson just DOES NOT HAPPEN! From Betty who answered the call to Darrell and Zack - the techs who came out- everything was professional and friendly! They explained everything in layman's terms and even had the part on the truck!!! On a day that is rapidly approaching 108 as I write this, I can't say enough how impressed I am. Amazing! Do not hesitate to use Advantage Air!

We found them when we had new air conditioning installed. They have now taken over our heating system! William is the man! I recently saw him on television in their ad. He is now going to be impossible to live with! These folks are rockstars! They know what they're doing and they are on time they are clean and their pricing is exceptionally reasonable! I have found the people at Advantage Air Mechanical to be sincere and truly concerned with my comfort needs. From the first initial visit to each seasonal checkup they have never let me down. I use to have Hamstra servicing my equipment but i began to notice the technicians wanting to upsell the visit with what they called "optional accessories". I get an honest shake everytime with Advantage.thanks guys

James did a wonderful job with our semi-annual checkup. Was very conscientious about our dogs making sure not the leave the front door open as he went back and forth to his vehicle. Looking forward to seeing him this spring for the A/C service.
