First experience with an HVAC company in Tucson. They got the AC running again in no time and we were so thankful because no AC in 100 degree weather is just the worst. Matt, the tech was on time, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. The price was not anything to cheer about but please understand that is in no way a bad reflection on the company...the AC repairs we needed done were expensive repairs that is not their fault. They were super understanding about it and gave us a VERY good deal for the work they did.

The main a/c unit died on July 4, 2022. I called Advantage Air Mechanical on Tuesday July 5. The company was out that day with an estimate. By Thursday July 7, I had new units installed.
The house was cool. Last year in the heat of the summer, Advantage Air repaired one unit. Another company refused to repair. I'm extremely satisfied by Advantage Air Mechanical. JLP

Matthew was prompt, professional, and polite. He sought tech help when he was not sure of a challenging mini-split problem.

First time customer of Advantage Air Mechanical. My AC decided to stop working properly and they had a Technician come out the same day, within a few hours of calling. Darryl was very knowledgeable and knew what the problem was immediately! He explained what he was doing and how everything worked. He fixed it quickly and made sure everything was working properly and cleaned up before he left. He was very kind and nice to talk with while he worked. Definitely recommend this company!

Advantage Air Mechanical is a great business. They service our residence bi-annually and we are always pleased. The technician, Darryl, is superb! He always asks if there are any concerns about our heating & cooling, or about the service Advantage Air Mechanical has provided. He never fails to ask if there is something else they can offer to improve service. Darryl is always courteous, he is knowledgeable about old & new equipment, tidy and efficient in his work. Not once has he nor any of the other technicians been late to our home. Betty at the office is also very kind & understanding pertaining to any question you may have. You will not be disappointed with the service you receive from Advantage Air Mechanical.

The service technician James was awesome and pleasant to talk to. He know exactly what my problem was regarding lack of cool air in the house and got it fixed in the blink of an eye. He gave me great assurance that the system would work as it should and what things I needed to keep an eye on for the future.

If I ever use Advantage Air Mechanical again for my HVAC services, I'm going to recommend I get James again. His customer service and honesty is a breath of fresh air to small business.
