The Wolfgangs technician visited my home for the one year follow-up and service on my HVAC. He was prompt, thorough and when he finished he emailed a statement with photos for my own records.

We have used Wolfgang’s for years to service our heat pump. They are honest and take care of what needs doing… no need to worry about upselling. Recently we used their plumbing department and were very pleased with that as well.

They did a great job in small attic. One issue was I was charged 700$ plus for a part that was included in price for a new return vent and filter with new sheet metal. The guy put in the new grill which didn’t need replacing ! It was same size as mine but mine worked fine. They didn’t replace everything. When I asked he said didn’t need replacing so we just replaced grill. Something wrong when you get charged total price but didn’t receive the whole works. Otherwise they did great job ! But 700$ for grill

Cool Touch came out and put to 2 AC heat pumps in my home and they gave me a great deal on the price, they cleaned up after the installation, their men were very professional and polite. Then they came out and serviced my Swamp cooler and did a great job with that as well! Thank you for your services!

We have an old, leaky evap cooler. After routine maintenance was done on our almost new air conditioner, a water leak became apparent with the evap cooler. The technician was able to find the leak quickly and install a work-around until we are able to have new evap units installed in a few weeks.

Gage B the Technician was professional, did an excellent job explaining the unit and work to be done and needed. It was above and beyond excellent customer service. As a senior, I appreciate the outstanding quality customer service. Gage is an employee to be valued and represents your company well.

Ed stopped over, and was prompt and quick with the diagnostic. His repair was fast after that as well! Extremely polite and had a professional demeanor! You can't go wrong with hiring Wolfgangs for a repair! I highly recommend them!
