Casey found after a careful thorough inspection that the air handler on the 1sr floor had blown a fuse. A quick replacement and the cool air kicked right in! I came across some damp baseboards in my pantry last night while installing some pet food bins. I wasn't sure what was going on or where the leak was coming from since it was from inside the wall. After calling a few other places with no luck I came across these guys. I called and almost hung up because I had to leave a message, but Dustin called me back within minutes. He asked a few questions, warned me that they would have to put holes in the walls, which I didn't really care about, drywall & paint are the last things I am worried about when there is mystery water leaking into my walls. (Another Co. wouldn't come out without me calling some leak detection company who was closed because they didn't want to put holes in my wall!)

He gave me pricing information and explained that the cost would go toward any repairs. He promised to have a technician come out within the hour. I was so relieved! This was the third or fourth place I had called and finally help was on the way!

Patrick arrived in less than an hour, listened to what we had found, and the steps we had taken thus far to find out where it was coming from. He set right to work. He again gave the warning that he would have to open up parts of the wall and we said go for it! Within a short time he was able to pinpoint the leak for us. A tiny nick to a pipe behind our refrigerator had been caused when we had new baseboards installed a couple years ago. Over time, with the expansion and contraction the weakened spot on the pipe finally sprang a leak. He had it repaired a short time later and is having a remediation company to contact us to further inspect for damages and to help repair the drywall for us.

I am so thankful for these two gentlemen because I was very panicked. Water can cause a lot of damage in a short amount of time and I wouldn't have been able to sleep until it was solved. It was a late night, but 100% worth the call.

Octavio was so nice and helpful! He called ahead of time to assess the situation as well which I found very helpful. I had a mystery issue with my fireplace and he came out twice to figure out what was wrong and get everything in working order! Definitely will recommend to others and my neighborhood!

Jeff was very professional on time. Explained everything he was doing cleaning out our outside drains. Replace hose bibs. Wolfgang is a great company they also replaced our air conditioning units a few years ago.
