Casey assesses my HVAC. Upon completion of his first sentence to report on his assessment, Casey answered my 5 year dilemma with why my HVAC was pulling outside smell into the house. 4 previous companies failed to answer this question, but Casey busted the problem without me asking him. Me being engineer, but without knowledge of how the system was installed in the attic, Casey’s photos of the attic and pointing to the pipes and components such as furnace and plenum just made immediate sense! I had to ask him to stop explaining and told him that I trusted him because of what he explained in the first sentence and demonstrated with pictures. After I told him I was a mechanical engineer, he asked if I preferred technical language and when I proudly said yes - it was all music in my ears and finally after 5 years of having different companies to come and fix my problems was finally answered in 13 minutes 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. Casey puts customer first, and I told him it was more than just him but the values of his company that was manifested through his work - professional, honest, patient to explain with evidence and key concepts!! As a customer I could not ask for more - thank you!!

It's always a pleasure to see Joshua. He arrived promptly on a Sunday morning to fix my hot water heater which started leaking the night before, leaving us without hot water. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained my options based on cost and outcome. I decided to replace it and Joshua installed a new one in a couple hours.
