I had PriceMyAC install a new unit 6 years ago.The blower fan went out, and I contacted them. They let me know when they were coming, and quickly installed the blower motor, and the AC was working again in less than 24 hours.

They were scheduled to arrive between 1-2:30 on May 17 but did not show or call. Finally got them here today and their estimate was $150.00 more than a local competitor who also enjoys 5 stars! Not impressed with these folks.

Excellent service! Last week our AC stopped cooling Friday night. We called first thing Saturday morning and within 30min someone arrived, repaired the unit, and our AC was back to normal by mid-morning. Appreciate everything!

I was referred to John by a friend in one of my networking groups. Originally, I called him just to have a maintenance check on my unit, since I took over a commercial space for my bridal and prom store. He was prompt, efficient and affordable. Then, last night, as I was getting ready to close up, I couldn't understand why I was so hot. I checked my thermostat and it read 91 degrees. I called the office and Lupe called me back right away and scheduled an appointment for John to come out this morning. He was here early and got the job done. Again, prompt, efficient, affordable and just an all around nice guy. Good AC guys are hard to find......But not anymore! Highly recommend.

AC failure at multiple points. Each time we thought we’d found the problem and fixed. AC would work for 2 hours then conk out again John and his team kept coming back in a timely manner until problem was solved no extra charge. We were starting to think we might need to replace the system, but John encouraged us to take one step at a time and he methodically solved the problem without jumping to conclusions.

No pressure sales pitch at the end of service for service plans. Friendly and knowledgeable. Listened to concerns about unit and gave suggestions. Customer for 4 years.
