On the first 114 degree day of this year we came home from out of town to one of our units not working. It was 95 degrees in the house. My wife and I are in the process of buying our first home and wanted to make sure the AC was functioning properly before closing. Jon did what the big guys couldn't (or wouldn't). I had a large well known company out who determined that my compressor had failed. They called around to find a replacement but the best they could do was 1-2 weeks out. So, they tried to quote me an new unit, and put no effort into trying to expedite the compressor.

John installed AC units on our house and has performed yearly maintenance on our house and rental properties for over 11 years.
