AC went out suddenly and warranty company wouldn't authorize my own call-out. After waiting for hours in a house that was heating up fast the warranty company finally gave the go-ahead. Baker responded and got us up and running that evening even though his schedule was full!

Tech was on time, check our system without delays and took care of everything. Great Company. I will recommend and use again without hesitation. Will be calling when I have any other issues.

This is the second house that we have replaced the AC/Furnace, this time he also replaced all the duct work for us. He does great work and we never have to worry about it working when it gets really hot. We highly recommend Baker Heating and Cooling.....you will not find a more honest or kind man! :)

Ken from Baker Heating & Cooling and Phillip from Boldt HVAC installed a new AC unit last year and did a good job and on time, They tried very hard to solve the problem of insufficient cooling in the master bedroom. Eventually Ken discovered that while the AC was functioning perfectly the inadequate insulation of the walls caused the walls of the bed room to be over heated preventing proper cooling of the room. Ken without hesitation refunded the extra money he had charged for the work to resolve that problem. An excellent example of outstanding customer service. They came out to do a tune up on my A/C unit. Last time I used it, it made some weird humming type of noise. Turned out to be something in the attic that was starting to come undone but they fixed it. The gentleman was very informative and explained everything to me in detail. He was very polite and professional. I recommend them.

Baker Heating and Cooling has always responded quickly when I have needed there service. This is mighty important in the Valley of the Sun. They have never recommended service I didn't need and there prices are very competitive. I would recommend them with no issues.
