our Air went out the day before Labor Day weekend, we called Baker hoping we could get something to get us through the weekend. Ken came out pretty quickly and discovered that our 20 year old unit was gone. He assured us we could get a new unit in two days, and it was installed on Labor Day. We had the extra air filter unit added and it seems to make house fresher. I would recommend Baker heating and air conditioning.

Ken from Baker Heating & Cooling arrived within the time parameters of the appointment, texting me when he was on his way. He couldn't finish the A/C inspection due to the previous vendor putting a lock on the refrigerant access. Two days later as promised, Ken was back with a key for the lock, serviced the A/C & checked the temps coming from the vents. Ken was courteous, professional & fastidious. I was very pleased with the service & signed a 3 yr service agreement. He's the best! Thanks Ken.

My repairman, Ken, was amazing. He knew what the problem was and fixed it right after he told me. He was very honest, too. The repair was same day service at a reasonable rate. I will definitely call them again if I need to.

Baker Heating and Cooling, the company recommended by Home Advisor, was excellent. Ken responded the next day by calling and setting up an appointment to come and check our air conditioner. The unit was old and needed replacing with additional duct work to be done for it to do it's job. The work was done in record time, one day, leaving us to enjoy a comfortable indoors during Arizona's particularly hot early summer.

Thank you Baker Heating and Cooling for the FAST service Ken had provided for our families Air Conditioning unit. Ken came out after hours on a weekend with no complaints about it. Thankfully it was a simple part that needed to be replaced and he had the part handy. Ken called us when he was on his way over and here within 15 mins and completed the job within 30 mins and also change a wire for free that looked burnt for our safety. Our A/C was up and running cold again. We Highly recommend!

Showed up within the 3hr window. Performed the HVAC integrated systems per our agreement. Provided me with recommended repairs. Discussed with me the options of 1yr / 3yr / 5yr maintenance programs (contracts) and how the current service charges could be absorbed by a maintenance contract. Ken was polite, professional and competent. I am pleased with the service he provided.
