A fair price was negotiated. Baker's crew did a great job installing two complete HVAC systems and electronic air filters. Ken (the owner) came and inspected the job after completion. Customer service was excellent. Would definitely recommend this company for your A/C needs.

Typically all I hope for is no surprises. The only surprise turned out to be friendly knowledgeable service. Rare these days. Ken identified and tackled my AC issue, then was off to help another. I’d recommend them for honest service.

Our AC went out in the am and the owner came out in the pm and got it up and running temporarily. We ended up getting a new system from them because ours was breaking down frequently. I should have replaced it a year ago and would have saved the $1000 Parker and Sons charged me. Within 3 days we had a whole new system which is far more efficient. It also comes with a warranty. Prices were fair and I do like that no matter when you call they have someone answering. I really like that they are local family run....nice to support the small businesses.

Was very satisfied with Baker Heating & Cooling. Ken took the time to go over the options for a new AC making our decision an easy one. The installation was scheduled and completed efficiently. We presently have an annual service agreement with them.

Ken was great. Reasonable prices and excellent service. Arrived exactly when scheduled and completed the installation of the heat pump/air conditioner in one visit. His staff is wonderful to work with as well. Ask for Corien...so helpful.

Scheduled a tuneup within a day to resolve an issue that pops up once in awhile and make sure everything was ok w the system .They decided to reschedule the next day w it being 92° in my house (random issue popped up coincidentally). Then refused to do the tuneup without me paying for a service call now. One of the worst experiences I've ever had w a company.
