Klein Heating and cooling

Unfortunately... the entire toilet had to be removed. It was due to something going into the toilet that shouldn't have. Klein Heating and cooling plumber arrived within an hour and worked very hard and communicated everything and showed me exactly where it was clogged, and confirmed that it was more that I could have fixed on my own. He was very knowledgeable, I will be hiring him again when I am organized with some new fixtures to update some tired & teeny tiny toilets.

Klein Heating and cooling is a pleasure to deal with. On the of the coldest nights, my furnace would not restart. Tech was at the house within an hour and repaired the issue of a freezing flue. Then it happened again and they were right on it. As it turns out these new systems sense air flow and my flue had iced over. They had to go on the roof in the snow to chip the ice out. We are now waiting for flue insulation to prevent any recurrence. The service was great for these two elderly folk who feared a very cold house.

A great experience. I was able to get an early 8am appointment as requested and the Technician arrived exactly on time. He was very efficient and set about servicing the AC units, including climbing onto the roof, with no fuss. He worked efficiently and did a clean thorough job. He explained before him everything he did and tested the units before he left.

Plumbers from Klein Heating and cooling were efficient professional and very helpful. A protective mat was used on the floors and everything was left very clean. The cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

The Technician was early and worked on our system the whole time he was in the office. He gave the system a thorough clean leaving the office with a really nice smell when the system is used. He also reprogrammed the settings on the keypad which had not been correct for a long time. Went through all the checks necessary very efficiently. The whole system is working much better now. Would definitely recommend this company.

AC wasn't spitting out cold air. Called Klein Heating and cooling and one technician was here within an hour. We did our HW, checked all the breakers, and thought we were out of options. Turns out there is a third breaker by the unit outside. Charged us a trip charge and he was on his way. Fair and honest. Can't complain.

Air went out on Sunday night and Klein Heating and cooling technician came out on Monday. He quickly determined the problem, got it fixed, checked all gas levels and got everything all cleaned up. He was very friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you!

From the phone to completing install of new water heater was 3 hours. Unbelievable service. Followed all appropriate Covid protocols. Tremendous service and could not recommend high enough!
